To stay online, fast and secure, a website needs a technical foundation and someone who looks after it: hosting, SSL encryption, backups, security checks and quick help if something stops working. Your website runs on your own hosting account. We set it up together with you. For a typical local business website, the provider's free plan is currently enough; any hosting fees would be paid directly to the provider. That way the website is 100 % yours. For £17.99 a month, our Website Service looks after running it: uptime monitoring, regular backups, security checks, your domain, SSL and email connection, a monthly website report, email support and one small change a month (up to 15 min, e.g. opening times, prices or one photo). Larger changes are billed by the hour (£79) or covered by Care Active or Plus. For comparison: a website builder often costs £15–35 a month depending on the plan, and you still look after upkeep and security yourself. A typical WordPress site usually adds a maintenance contract of £40–90 a month on top of hosting. Our websites need no plugins and no content management system, so there's very little to maintain. You can cancel monthly (4 weeks' notice to the end of a month). Your domain is extra, for example a .co.uk at about £10–15 a year, registered in your name.

Yes. After launch every website runs on Website Service at £17.99 a month, including monitoring, backups, a monthly website report and one small change a month (up to 15 min). If you change things regularly, you can upgrade: Care Active at £49, with up to 1 hour of changes a month and replies within 24 hours. Care Plus at £89, with up to 2 hours of changes, a monthly SEO and performance check and Google Business Profile upkeep. Larger one-off changes without Care Active or Plus are charged by time spent (£79 an hour).

Yes, whenever you like. Email or WhatsApp us new prices, photos, opening hours or news and we'll update them promptly. One small change a month (up to 15 min, e.g. opening times, prices or one photo) is included in Website Service. Beyond that, changes are included from Care Active (£49 a month); otherwise they're charged by time spent (£79 per hour).

Every site is built to be technically sound for search engines. From the Standard package, we also do local SEO for your town or area. Setting up your Google Business Profile, the biggest single lever for local searches, is available as an add-on.

Yes. We work fully remotely by video call, phone, email and WhatsApp. Calls are in English, and as we're only an hour ahead of UK time, your working day and ours overlap almost completely. Quotes and invoices are in pounds, paid by bank transfer.

We build with privacy in mind: no tracking unless you want it, a secure contact form and a privacy policy page. A cookie banner is only needed if you add analytics or similar tools, and we'll set one up if so. We can't give legal advice, so the content of your privacy policy remains your responsibility.
